Orders and delivery

Do you ship to the Gulf countries?: Yes: the UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar within 4–6 working days, with free shipping over 400 SAR. Payment is online before shipping.
How long does delivery take in Saudi Arabia?: Within 3 working days to every city, free on orders over 200 SAR and 25 SAR below that.
How long does delivery take in Egypt?: Within 2 days, and orders placed before 2 pm leave the same day.
How do I track my order or change the address?: You get a tracking link by SMS and email once the order leaves the warehouse, and its status shows in “My orders”. The address can be changed before the order leaves, through customer care.
Which payment methods do you accept?: In Saudi Arabia: mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and cash on delivery for a 15 SAR fee. In Egypt: card, Fawry, and cash on delivery. Orders to the other Gulf countries are paid online before shipping.

Can I exchange the size?: Yes, size and color exchanges are free within 14 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn with its tag. Refunds are available within the same period.
Which sizes do you have?: Abayas from size 50 to 60, dresses from S to XL. At 160 cm a size 54 usually fits.
Do you hem abayas?: Yes, for free at our Riyadh showroom in Al Malqa. Book a fitting and we adjust the length on the spot.

How do I care for linen abayas?: Wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle and iron while slightly damp on medium heat. Natural linen may shrink 1–2% in the first wash.
Do you offer gift wrapping?: Yes, luxury wrapping with a gift card is free on every order; choose “Gift” at checkout.
Do you take wholesale and corporate orders?: Yes, orders of 20 pieces or more get a discount set by our sales team by quantity and embroidery, ready in 5–7 working days.
