Shipping and delivery
We deliver to Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar. Here is how long delivery takes and what it costs in each country.
Delivery times and costs

In Egypt, orders placed before 2 pm leave the warehouse the same day.
We don't ship to countries other than the ones listed above yet.
Payment
- Saudi Arabia: mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and cash on delivery for a 15 SAR fee.
- Egypt: card, Fawry, and cash on delivery in every governorate.
- UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar: paid online before shipping; cash on delivery isn't available.
Tracking and changing the address
Once your order leaves the warehouse you get a tracking link by SMS and email, and its status shows in “My orders”.
You can change the address before the order leaves the warehouse through customer care on WhatsApp.
