How do I start an exchange or a return?
Start it from “My orders”, or message us on WhatsApp or in the chat on this site with your order number.
My piece is faulty or not what I ordered
We exchange it at no cost. Message customer care with your order number and a photo of the piece and we arrange the exchange.
